The “Cutty” single-ply cutter series from KURIS represents the fourth generation of our proven cutters, now completely revamped and optimized. It stands out with its individually optimized cutting head, featuring a programmable Z-axis. Designed for maximum productivity and exceptional production quality, the machines offer adaptable tool technology tailored precisely to the material at hand, ensuring optimal cutting conditions every time.

This fourth-generation cutter is equipped with the Multiflex tool adaptation system. It not only boasts incredibly short plunge times but also delivers impressive positioning and cutting speeds. The tool-change system significantly reduces setup times by requiring fewer adjustment operations. The cutter reaches positioning speeds of up to 100 meters per minute and cutting speeds of up to 70 meters per minute, depending on the material type. The machine is equipped with a vacuum pump, available in either a 7.5 KW or 11 KW option.

The standard user interface and intuitive menu navigation allow the operator to easily manage the machine across various technologies. This reduces both operating errors and training costs.
